I can’t tell you how excited I am about the purchase of my new home. Thank you for everything you’ve done to make me the happiest person in Denver.

Being a first time home owner, you went above and beyond with all aspects of a home purchase. You took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for, you gave personal insight based on your knowledge of the market, you spent an incredible amount of your time researching and showing me (probably close to 100) homes. Even when I switched gears after months of looking, you immediately started looking for places that met my “new” criteria.

I am grateful that I have had you as my realtor, someone I can trust and that I know is working for me, someone that in an “expert’ in their field and someone who found exactly what I was looking for. You took the time to explain the entire process of purchasing a home, you provided recommendations of people to assist with the closing component and most importantly, you’ve always been there for me. At any point when I’ve requested additional information, you’ve immediately provided me with market information on the home and surrounding area.

I met Rick at an 80’s party and knowing no other Realtors, I figured he was as good as any to work with. He certainly didn’t disappoint – I was very impressed with his knowledge of the overall Denver market, the neighborhoods I was interested in, and his knack for noticing and pointing out not-so-obvious things that are relevant to the buyer. All these things said, what impressed me the most about Rick was his patience and professionalism when I totally shifted gears from focusing on high-rise condos in Cheesman Park to single family homes around Sloan’s Lake and West Wash Park and during the ensuing events – I terminated two contracts when I couldn’t come to terms with the sellers and withdrew yet another offer when I found out the property would be purchased “as is”. Throughout these events, Rick maintained a patient and supportive attitude; and I appreciated his honesty, scheduling flexibility, and commitment to client service. I am writing to give Rick Janson my highest recommendation. Rick possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent real estate agent/broker: he knows his market extremely well, and he is diligent and responsive. Rick is both very professional and personable. He clearly takes pride in doing a great job.
